In terms of cost structure, raw materials account for 65%-70%, while labor costs have decreased to 8% due to the widespread adoption of automated equipment. Leading companies control costs through vertically integrated supply chains and technological optimization, while supporting enterprises create synergies, helping local companies increase their raw material localization rate to 92%, 27 percentage points higher than foreign companies.

Downstream applications continue to expand, extending from traditional residential and commercial buildings to emerging fields such as industrial manufacturing, data centers, and agricultural factories. Residential demand focuses on low noise, energy efficiency, and smart connectivity; commercial buildings emphasize stability and energy efficiency compliance; and the industrial sector, targeting high-energy-consuming industries such as food processing and chemicals, demands customized solutions for high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. This has driven steady growth in demand for exhaust fan motors, with technological upgrades in the industrial sector driven by carbon neutrality goals becoming a new growth engine.
 

The exhaust fan motor industry is entering a critical period of simultaneous structural upgrading and technological iteration. Upstream raw materials, primarily silicon steel and permanent magnets, are seeing continuous improvement in domestic production levels, supporting rapid growth in midstream products such as high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motors. Midstream manufacturing, through vertical integration of the supply chain and automated production, effectively controls costs and enhances localized supply capabilities. Downstream applications are rapidly expanding from traditional building ventilation to emerging scenarios such as industrial energy conservation and data centers, particularly driving strong growth in industrial green transformation driven by carbon neutrality goals. In the future, the industry will continue to benefit from energy efficiency upgrades, intelligentization, and low-carbon trends, and companies with technological integration and rapid market response capabilities will gain greater development opportunities during industry transformation.
