1.The meshing of the transmission gear is not good, the motor produces high-frequency shock vibration, and the coil bears a lot of power. When the motor is disassembled and repaired, the original gears should be meshed. When replacing, it must be replaced together in groups.

2. The insulation is aging and needs to be replaced.

3. The intrusion of water, oil, carbon powder, etc. will reduce the insulation performance. It is necessary to improve the structure to reduce the intrusion of moisture and oil; improve the quality of impregnating paint and covering paint; improve the moisture resistance, anti-fouling performance and electrical strength of the ground insulation; regular maintenance and cleaning.

4. The motor terminal voltage is too high, the voltage should be adjusted.

Causes and Improvement Measures of DC Motor Magnetic Pole Winding Disconnection

1. The shock vibration of the motor is large, the elasticity of the motor support is strengthened, and the influence of the line dynamic shock is reduced.

2. If the inter-polar connection of the hard link is broken, use a braided soft connection or cable connection, and use leech nails and buckles to secure the connection to reduce the power on the connection during operation.

3. The copper strip at the bolt connection is broken, and a section of copper strip where the coil lead-out terminal and the last turn are fixed is double-layered to strengthen the mechanical stability of this place.

4. If the connecting bolts are loose, spring pads or other brake coils can be added. The bolts should not be smaller than M8. Medium and large traction motors can be fastened with two bolts.

5. If the paint film at the bolt connection is not scraped or the surface is oxidized, the bolt can be re-tightened after sanding the conductive contact surface and then covered with insulation.

6. Poor welding at the joint of the copper strip causes breakage, and re-soldering or replacement of the coil is required.
