1. According to the type of working power supply: DC motor and AC motor.
2. Divided by structure and working principle: DC motor, asynchronous motor, synchronous motor.
3. Divided by starting and running mode: capacitor starting single-phase asynchronous motor. capacitor running. Single-phase asynchronous motors. Capacitor-start running single-phase asynchronous motors and split-phase single-phase asynchronous motors.
4. Divided by use: drive motor and control motor.
5. According to the structure of the rotor: divided into squirrel induction motor and wound rotor induction motor
6. Divided by operating speed: divided into high-speed motor, low-speed motor, constant-speed motor, and speed-regulating motor. Single-phase capacitor running asynchronous motor for washing machine
The structure of the motor is mainly composed of the stator, the rotor and other accessories. The stator is the stationary part of the motor. The stator is composed of three parts: the stator iron core, the stator winding and the frame. The main function of the stator is to generate a rotating magnetic field. The rotor is divided into a squirrel-cage rotor and a wound rotor. Its function is to cut the rotating magnetic field of the stator to generate induced electromotive force and current, and to form an electromagnetic torque to make the motor rotate. Other accessories include end caps, bearings, bearing end caps, fans, etc. The working principle of the motor is to use the energized coil to generate a rotating magnetic field and act on the rotor to form a magneto-electric power rotating torque to make the motor rotate.
