The reason why the motor runs hot

1) If the motor bearing is short of oil, it is necessary to add oil in time. It should be noted that it needs to be stopped for refueling, and cannot be refueled during operation.

2) Since the motor fan blades are damaged and the heat dissipation is not good, a new motor fan needs to be replaced to improve the heat dissipation rate.

3) The ambient temperature of the motor is too high and cannot be ventilated. Increase and move the vortex fan, increase the cooling effect.

4) The vibration of the motor is too large, causing the motor to start and heat up when it overflows. Check whether the load side is abnormal and stop the motor running.

Motor maintenance knowledge

The electrical and mechanical properties of the motor must be checked three months before installation or idleness to ensure safe and reliable operation of the motor. Check the insulation resistance of the motor windings. Observe whether the resistance values are the same. If there is a large difference in the resistance values, check whether the motor winding leads have poor contact and other reasons. Turn the shaft by hand and check that the shaft is flexible. There is no abnormal friction, blockage, shaft and abnormal noise, and at the same time, check whether the parts are complete, whether the fastening screws are tightened, whether the coupling or pulley is installed, and it is well calibrated.
