Product Characteristics of IE4 Electric Motor:

1. Applicable to general places and machinery industry without special requirements, such as metal cutting machine tools, fans, pumps, transport machinery, mixers, agricultural machinery, food machinery, compressors, etc.

2. Installation dimensions and power levels meet GB, DIN, and IEC standards.

3. Ultra-high efficiency motor, the efficiency reaches IEC 60034- 30:2014 IE 4 or IE4 and GB 18613-2020 energy efficiency level 3 or 2.

4. The motor core is cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, F-grade insulation, high heat-resistant temperature, strong impact resistance, long insulation life.

5. The motor shell is made of aluminum alloy or cast iron with stable structure, low vibration, low noise, stable performance, safety and reliability.

Conditions of Use of Motors:

● The altitude does not exceed 1000m; (more than 1000m altitude belongs to the plateau motor, can be customized)

●The maximum ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃

● The minimum ambient temperature does not exceed -15℃

● S1 working system

● The power supply voltage fluctuation does not exceed + 5% (10% is allowed for short time); the frequency fluctuation does not exceed + 2%

●Protection level: IP54, IP55
