Input and Level Conversion Part of the Motor

The input signal line is introduced by DATA, with pin 1 being the ground wire and the rest being the signal lines. Note that a 2K ohm resistor is connected to the ground on pin 1. When the driver board and microcontroller are powered separately, this resistor can provide a path for signal current return. When the driver board shares a set of power supplies with the microcontroller, this resistor can prevent interference caused by large currents flowing along the wiring into the ground wire of the microcontroller motherboard. Alternatively, it is equivalent to separating the ground wire of the driver board from the ground wire of the microcontroller, achieving a "one point grounding".

The function of the high-speed operational amplifier KF347 (also known as TL084) is to compare the input logic signal with the 2.7V reference voltage from the indicator light and a diode, and convert it into a square wave signal close to the amplitude of the power supply voltage. The input voltage range of KF347 cannot be close to negative power supply voltage, otherwise an error will occur. Therefore, a diode is added at the input end of the operational amplifier to prevent voltage range overflow. The two resistors at the input end are used to limit current, and the other is used to pull the input end to a low level when the input is suspended.

LM339 or any other open-circuit comparator cannot be used as a substitute for the operational amplifier, as the high-level output impedance of the open-circuit output is above 1 kiloohm and the voltage drop is large, and the subsequent transistor will not be able to cut off.
