The optimal efficiency point for most factories is usually around the rated power point, with a difference of less than 5%, but some factories may not be certain. The highest efficiency value is 83%, which is good, but this 83% is at the 48V500W power point. He said that this motor is 72V1500W, and we bought it to use at 72V. The efficiency rate at 1500W point is only 65%.

 

Firstly, determine the usage requirements. The faster the better. If you want a motor that can break 100% at 72V, do not consider the quality of the motor, as safety and quality cannot be guaranteed.In normal use, when the speed exceeds 50 yards, it has already entered an unsafe zone.When ordering motors, consider the range of use, especially for those intended for overpressure, and do not use too much.

 

Firstly, it is necessary to determine one's own speed requirements, voltage and force requirements. If one plans to continue overpressure in the future, it is best to also determine the fastest desired speed after overpressure.

Then, divide the required speed by the voltage used. For example, if you plan to buy a motor with an overvoltage of 72V and want the fastest speed to be greater than 75 kilometers per hour, then 75/72=1.0416

Then you need to find that the speed divided by the voltage is exactly greater than 1.0416, and the motor can meet your requirements. Please note that it must be exactly greater than 1.0416. If it is too high, it will consume power.
